In business activities, we apply a pattern consisting of pre-production and post-production:

1. Pre-production
   Procurement of livestock seeds, calf enlargement, provision of feed, medicine and equipment


2. Procurement of livestock seeds, calf enlargement, provision of feed, medicine and equipment
   Public dairy farmers produce milk from their livestock and collect it for sale to cooperatives.


3. Post-production
   Almost all milk production is absorbed by Leading Milk Processor; Indolakto, Frisian Flag Indonesia, Ultra Jaya, Cisarua Mountain Dairy, Diamond Cold Storage, and PT. ISAM (Industi Susu Alam Murni) which are GKSI's own milk processing plants. Some cooperatives have a Milk plant and sell directly in the form of fresh or pasteurized milk.

PRODUCT

GKSI West Java currently has PT Industri Susu Alam Murni milk processing plant, one of its products, Alam Murni as 'One Brand for All', has a production capacity of LAB / Bottle: 100 tons / Day (Product 70 ml & 130 ml) and Pouch / Pillow: 66 tons / Day (Product 50 & 60 ml).

PT Industri Susu Alam Murni (ISAM) was built as the identity of dairy farmers where their business has contributed to producing milk in the cooperative's milk factory, PT ISAM's share ownership is the Indonesian Milk Cooperative Association, with the establishment of a dairy factory which now absorbs fresh milk from GKSI members West Java as much as 5-10 tons per day becomes a bargain position for GKSI member farmers in the dairy industry.

PROGRAM

GKSI West Java as a secondary has tasks including Advocacy, carried out to convey the aspirations of the Dairy Cooperative whose voice represents GKSI member dairy farmers to the government or other stakeholders. Research & Statistics is also carried out in an effort to up-grading dairy farmers so that their livestock business is always accompanied by experts and appropriate technology. Member Engagement, namely the GKSI West Java routine program in this case can be in the form of meeting activities, RAT, outbound, or family gathering.
